April 2nd, 2012

As a pharmacy mistake lawyer, I feel it is my duty to educate the public on how to prevent yourself from accidentally receiving someone else’s prescription at the pharmacy. According to the advice provided in this article posted on philly.com, patients should provide to form of ID’s and watch to make sure the cashier or pharmacist does a thorough job at verifying the information. The article also suggests that you open your bag and verify the information on the bottle prior to walking or driving away from the counter.
