New Jersey Pharmacy Error Lawyer – Was this Pharmaceutical Related Incident Taken too Far?

April 16th, 2012

In working as a New Jersey Pharmacy Error Lawyer, I found this article relevant to my profession and am interested in hearing others opinions about whether this pharmaceutical related Incident was taken too far?

The incident involves two fifth grade students and the use of Nasonex while in school. One girl took her mother’s Nasonex to school because her allergies were bad considering the high pollen count and shared it with her friend who was experiencing a sneezing attack. Both girls were suspending from school for a total of 4 days each. Do you think the school overreacted with this method of punishment or are they doing the right thing by enforcing the rules?
